Long overdue change to HM trial activation please.

This has long dogged pug groups... but of late, our guild has seen a few trolls come by (kicekd immediately from the guild) that are activating INTENTIONALLY the hard modes to the Craglorn trials to ruin everyone's hard work. We are a teaching guild, and have a lot of newer players... it's discouraging when this happens. PLEASE make it reverseable or change the way we activate it!! (like only crown can activate it, or make it a vote).
