Redesign burning embers to a DoT+HoT

With the direction the game has taken over the last few years, DKs have lost some of their ability to stand their ground and take on mulitple enemies in melee range. They were originally designed so that if you got in melee with a DK it would hurt, but nowaydays other classes do this better.

So I am proposing to make a change to burning embers in order to get DKs back on track in this regard. Rather than having it tick for a long period of time and return a (potentially) big heal, it would be better if each DoT tick would return health like a HoT. So the more enemies going melee with the DK, the more enemies the DK could apply embers to and receive immediate healing, which would increase the survivability instantly. Furthermore, the DK would save a lot of time reapplying it in order to receive healing.

I think the mag DKs needs something like this to balance them better.

    Not a bad idea. Wish the stam version would heal as well. The ramp up in damage is lost at times especially in PVP and it would help in PVE as well.
