Western Skyrim Homes not showing on map

Both the homes I own in Western Skyrim do not show on the map. I can run up to them and enter, but they have no icons on the map and I cannot port to them. I realize a new update has just been uploaded. Can someone tell me how to fix this, or does ESO have to do something?

That sounds like an awful bug. I think you can still visit the home from the collections menu and of course physically walk up to the door. I'm still patching so I have not hopped in game yet, but have you tried reloading the user interface? Type in /reloadui or go to the addons page and turn one on and off before hitting the button.

They appear bugged as they no longer appear on the world/Tamriel map - however they still appear as normal in the map of Western Skyrim. Just 'zoom in' to the province to see them for now I suppose.

They not only do not appear on the map when I zoom in, they don't appear on the list of the homes,-- in fact nothing from Western Skyrim appears on the owned or not owned list.

The do appear on the compass in white, showing that the game knows I've bought them. But nowhere on the map.

It's not due to an out-of-date addon, I don't use them and don't have the house icons on either PC NA or EU.

I just downloaded the patch and the icon for Proudspire Manor in Solitude, that I own, isn't showing up on the world map or the zone map, for any of my characters. My house in Reaper's March, Serenity Falls Estate, does show an icon, so it does seem to just be affecting Western Skyrim homes.

It does, however, show up under collections, housing, collected, so I can still travel to it that way.

Also, when I enter my home, or step outside, none of the icons for anything in Solitude show up on the map until I reloadui.

They should be showing under your owned houses in Collections. I just used that method tonight to travel to my room at the inn, so I know the inn room is definitely there in Collections. I don't own the house yet, so I don't know about it. Note that you must look for the correct name of the inn room-- it's "Snowmelt Suite," not "Lonely Troll."

Did all of that, not showing up in collections, etc.

EDIT: To clarify: I am on PC. Icon for suite is NOT showing up at all, nor is it listed in collections. I have to go into the inn and walk up to the door to go in, which kind of defeats the purpose if you bought the room for quick access to the zone.

I haven't checked on Proudspire Manor yet as far as whether it's still listed under Collections, but the way it's been (not) working for me since the last big update is that Proudspire Manor's icon is still displayed on the map as it's supposed to be, but it's dark because I haven't acquired it yet, and I'm unable to click on (interact with) it to preview or purchase it.

Snowmelt Suite no longer shows on the map at all, but I can see it listed under Collections and can travel to it that way. The first time I looked for it I couldn't find it, but that was because I'd forgotten that it's called "Snowmelt Suite" and I was simply overlooking it as I was scanning through the list.

Neither one shows up in the list of owned or unowned player housing on the Housing tab of the Map.

I might add (in case it makes a difference as far as the UI) that I'm on PC, not console.

I haven't checked on Stillwaters Retreat yet.

UPDATE: On PC NA (for me) the only player housing shown on the maps of Western Skyrim and Solitude is Proudspire Manor, which is darkened because I haven't collected it yet, although it's impossible to interact with its icon at all by clicking on it. It isn't displayed on the map of Tamriel.

Switching to the Houses tab of the map shows no player housing listed for Western Skyrim, under neither Collected nor Not Collected.

Going to Collections and the Housing tab shows both Snowmelt Suite (under Collected for me) and Proudspire Manor (under Not Collected for me), but Stillwaters Retreat isn't listed anywhere even though it's available for purchase in the Crown Store.

It's the same on PC EU-- Proudspire Manor is shown on the maps of Western Skyrim and Solitude-- darkened because I haven't collected it yet-- but not on the map of Tamriel, and its icon can't be interacted with at all.

And both Snowmelt Suite and Proudspire Manor are listed under Collections, Housing, but Stillwaters Retreat is not.
