Predictions about the next meta after ZoS deletes crit?

Because we all know that the nerfs to crit won't bring it in line with the other options, it will be an overnerf and crit will no longer be useful.

So what do you think? Also consider the upcoming nerfs to major/minor buffs so stacking spell/weapon damage might not be the best either. Pretty sure Relequen and Siroria will stay but what will replace Sorrow/Yokeda do you think?

Who cares, it will shift after 3 months again. Current combat team have tendency to change things 180 degrees each patch so crits will return probably next year. Clear indication that they indeed have a plan for this game.

I predict ....more of the endless nerf then buff then repeat hammer and what I am going to call "splatter painting" conceptualization of the games progression

Remember the Medusa Set Farming Thread and how hard players grinded endlessly for it after Stonethorn patch (U27)?

ZoS: Wellllllll about all that time you wasted...

Also ZoS: ...On top of a substantial amount of new item sets coming with this (U28) patch...

This sounds about right. If they nerf crit too much, Malacath becomes the only option and BIS for pretty much everything, then ZOS will have their PVE justification for nerfing it, causing pvp to blame pve players for the nerf, when they really should blame ZOS and the crit changes for the nerf. Calling it now.

Yeah all these nerfs and then buffs, nerfs again... This is very bad game experience. Sometimes I think they doing that just to make an impression that they still are working to make the game better and "something is happening" but it just doesn't work.

The only impression I got is that they completely have no idea what they are doing at all. That "WHEEEE" picture describes it perfectly.

They will nerf Crit.

Then Allow proc sets to crit <Which goes along with a couple rebalanced proc sets>.

Then we will have proc set meta.

If a mythic item is meta, the likely so will be 1-2-3/5-8/4 builds. And single-bar sets are going to be proc sets almost by definition.

That said, this is in the expansive sense of "proc set", which includes ones who procs give stat boosts.

I'm predicting Critical chance AND Critical damage sources will get nerfed next to useless, Khajiit won't get any form of compensation to deal with the nerf, and then Malacath's Band, Orcs, Altmer, and proc sets will become even more meta.

Either that, or they nerf crits AND Malacath, allow proc sets to crit again, and then introduce a new Mythic as equally stupid as Malacath's in order to sell the next DLC.

And people complains about clueless people using the finder. Yes they are off by couple of patches has no rotation and don't know the mechanic and will not listen.
But they have an plan as in doing the dungeon.

Feels like the combat team does random wild changes to justify their position.
Yes they might have an plan some time, like Japan had in 41, now doing random stuff to get salary.
As primary an Khajiit and looking at the rigged Cyrodil testing.

Working on it as in toast.
ESO+ changed to 1 month sub, after an loss of interest for half a year i was getting more into the game again.
But is depressed.
No its not the end, if anything if they screw up enough to show on budgets over time they get replaced.
