That Which Was Lost appears to be customer service

I, and at least 3 others, are having an issue with the That Which Was Lost quest, in that the NPC bounty hunter we are supposed to pickpocket isn't able to be pickpocketed. Or anything. He just walks around his route with the arrow above his head frustrating all sneaking up behind him. I submitted a bug report. No response. I submitted a Help ticket on the quest and got a generic form email saying to do the things that I said I did in the file I submitted.

Ask me if I'm glad I'm paying a monthly fee for this ***. Never mind, the answer is no, I'm not.

I have also reported same thing. It is frustrating. It also affects the Lady in the Cistern achievement. Cause I haven't been able to get Velsa's theory and I figured it was because this quest is broken.

There's almost never a reply for a bug report. It even says so when you submit.
As for ticket - you are usually supposed to answer to that first email restating your issue, because first email is usually sent by robot or something that just picks a solution by keywords.

It's not even funny that this bug completely breaks the chance to complete the whole story for the Thieves Guild and close Hew's Bane zone. Seems like it's not even on the list of priorities.

I have also reported this to no avail. Someone else started a bug request and ZOS answered that it would be fixed in a future patch. When, i have no idea.

Besides CS having a big backlog like most major MMORPGs due to COVID, the fact Zos has already commented on this would mean any related ticket would be set to a low priority and probably just get a generic response.

I'm trying to get all of my characters through Thieves Guild and Assasins Guild. I now have two characters hopelessly crawling along behind Bounty Hunters trying to pickpocket them, one in Skywatch and one in Wayrest. I've reported the bug twice - FIX THIS PLEASE ZOS.

I recently submitted a support ticket citing a display issue in the guild roster. 4 replies in, and they decided that I needed to....... *ahem*...... "flush my DNS cache". [snip]

This does bring up a larger issue. [snip] how much of our monthly subscription goes toward that vs creating new cosmetics in the questionably-legal pretend-it-isn't-gambling crates?
