Same. You can see I have 5 pcs, that the weapon has been used, and the frost glyph on it.

Interestingly, this was the only full 5 pc set I was wearing, but Srendarr was telling me the mobs were getting Minor Maimed, rather than Chilled. I used no skills, only light attacks. And I didn't see any sort of ice effect from the glyph, either. I was wearing Malacath's Band of Brutality as well.

Yeah I was hoping to see what the smallest AOE in the game (3m radius) looked like. I tried Trapping Webs, which has a 4m radius, and when it procced it made me laugh, because it was basically a single target sized AOE. I can't think of many situations where NPCs or players stand close enough together for an area effect that small to affect more than two..... and that's if you drop it perfectly between them.
