I'm using Crimson Twilight and Bahara's Curse on one tank right now. I've also run Crest of Cyrodiil & Leeching. Favorite is probably Crimson just for the visuals at the moment.

If this is a PvE question I like Leeching/Bahrahas/Malubeth because they work during trapping mechanics. Crimson feels like Bahrahas but not as good.

This is meant as more of a PVE question because half of them are virtually unusable in PVP. And I know there are also more healing sets but these are the main ones that I know of.

Hiti's and Winter's Respite are also really nice if you can make up for the 2-4 not being tank focused.

If for PvE tanking, Leeching, but only when I need a selfish set.

For PvP, Eternal vigor every time.

Depends on what the sets are being used for. Way back in the day when vMA was newish and getting through it was a big accomplishment I used Bahraha's & Leeching together to get my first clears. But I was a mag dps.

I've been using Bahraha's often, sometimes even paired with Leeching plate. The benefit of these 2 is imo that effectly they heal over time instead of a burst heal each 5 or 8 seconds that the other sets provide. If unlucky, you can die inbetween heal procs.

None of these options. I use mother Ciannait (granted, on a jabs Templar build). It gives me all the damage mitigation I need.

Leeching plate can be pretty powerful in PvE - especially if you got a lot of mobs on you. So I'll go with that one.

But for God's sake don't use it in PvP. It is worthless there. Absolute garbage.

Using combat metrics Leeching is always ahead.

It doesn't have some of the other fancy things like slowing, but it does its job really well.

Other options are Battalion Defender and as mentioned Winter's Respite and Hiti's

That's what I use. Don't even need to slot a heal most of the time.

One set that hasn't been mentioned is:

    Livewire
    LEVEL 50 - CP 160
    Type Overland
    Set bonus
(2 items) Adds 4% Healing Taken
(3 items) Adds 1206 Maximum Health
(4 items) Adds 4% Healing Taken
(5 items) When you take damage, you overload your circuits, applying Concussion to enemies within 8 meters of you and healing for 1000 Health for each enemy hit. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.

With concussion giving minor vulnerability (8% extra damage taken) that might be interesting. I can't find how much damage concussion does though, think I'll try it out one time.

(3 items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
(4 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka
(5 items) When you heal yourself or an ally with an ability, gain a Warming Aura for 10 seconds. While in the Warming Aura, you and group members restore 1020 Health every 1 second and reduce the cost of Sprint, Block, and Roll Dodge by 5%. This effect can occur once every 12 seconds.

The poll is biased, if you don't want to see such answers it should either include "Other/None of the above" or the description/title should specify "from the mentioned below"

While true you could have said which sets you find better, just like other people have done.
