If you are experiencing this it is probably because you were playing low-resists/mitigation in CP and were caught off guard from proc sets actually being effective.
CP needs that long promised changes because it served( and serves) as a crutch giving you free mitigation even if you built full dps. This needs to change.0 -

OR he plays no cp and gets oneshoted even in a heavy amor build, Procsets are way to strong this patch especially with the reduced healing3 -

How is CP a crutch? It gives no unfair advantage, you're playing vs others who also have CP... so what's the big deal?
