Did IC reward boxes get improved this morning?

Beginning about an hour or so ago, every one of my purple IC reward boxes have had a style or motif page in it. Too bad they're all ones I don't need, but if this was a planned change and not an accident or just really great RNG then it's a nice touch for the final 24 hours of the event. I'll have to jump on my alts so I can repeat all of the dailies on them and hopefully complete my collections.

There was an issue with Witch's Festival plunder skulls dropping early today for a little bit, so it wouldn't surprise me if it affected the IC drops as well, or just godly RNG for a few hours.

I guess it was a fluke of RNG, because I opened 4 reward boxes in a row and got two Legion Zero style pages (that I already knew) and two Xivkyn motif pages (that I already knew)-- but when I switched to a different character he's getting nothing but Charcoal of Remorse or whatever it is.

Some of the boxes that dropped for me were even worse, not even Xivkyn inside. Just some TelVar and trash to merchants...
