I don't really notice it since all my toons are maxed in riding stam....
but assuming it has not been fixed I did find it ironic riding lessons just went on sale

✭No it has and they're still not sure it'll make it into the next patch. But earliest possible fix is on the 21st, if not it'll not be until October 5th.1 -

✭Nope. Still an ongoing issue. Even more frustrating when you see them fix unimportant things within a few hours without saying a word like some players getting plunder skulls by accident today...but let there be something that truly causes issues in the game....
