- Plunder Skulls are occasionally dropping from bosses
- Greymoor Motif pieces have been dropping from Harrowstorms in Western Skyrim
- Witches Cauldron Memento transforms players AND grants the 2XP boon
That last one seems like a huge no no. Please advise.
