Guild applications not giving notifications anymore?

Are any other GMs experiencing this? I'm on PS4 NA and just noticed this happening over the past few days.
I am the GM of a guild. And in two other guilds, I have the ability to accept or decline Guild Finder applications.
In those two guilds that I can accept/decline applications for, I seem to get a ding and notification alert fairly instantly when an app comes in.
But this is NOT happening for the guild I GM. I noticed it when, after 1-2 days of no applications seeming to come in, I finally got the ding/notification. Went in and, lo and behold, I had 5 applications with varying days before expiration, so clearly they were coming in but failing to alert me. So, I'm having to just go in manually and check every few hours or so to make sure I'm not missing any or leaving someone pending for days without realizing they are even there.
I used to get the ding/notification the moment someone applied. Anyone else experiencing this delay as a GM, but NOT as an officer in other guilds?

✭✭✭✭✭Sometimes I get notifications. Sometimes I don't. I'm now in the habit of just checking a couple times a day to be sure.0 -

Notifications about applications have never worked reliably for me. One day I’ll log in and have no notifications, then a few hours in (or even the next day) I’ll see 10-20 that couldn’t all possibly have arrived just that moment. When I check the list for expiration dates, some of them should have showed up days before.
At this point I assume I will not get timely notifications about this and need to check the applications manually every day.0
