Pet Scaling in ESO 2020

I've been googling all over the place, some said Pets are only scale based on your max magicka, nothing else. Then some other pages said, Max Magicka, Spell critical, while spell damage doesn't. Then when I asked guildie, it's all derived from your stats: Max Magicka, Spell Critical, Spell Damage

I'm very confused. What is the latest and current-est state of the Pets now? Does your

Max Magicka
Max Health
Max Stamina (Does it scales the Clanfear?)
Spell Critical
Spell Damage
Spell Resistance

Affects the pets you are summoning?

Max Magicka and Spell Damage as of this latest patch (Stonethorn). Previously it was magicka only. Most likely will change again as per usual ZOS combat changes.

Pets also inherit your critical chance, and damage done modifiers, like if you gain Combat Prayer on your player character the pet should benefit even if it's beating on that one melee mob in the back corner 20 meters away.
