What is wrong with activity finder?

What is wrong with activity finder in BGs? I have been waiting for an hour in queue and still noting. It never took this long.

I think everything. It's just poor designed part of the game that most of us complain about.

I'm not able to go in BG since yesterday, infinite queue.

No idea but I queued up as a healer. Got a group after about 3 seconds, great! Only both DDs didn't accept, so it went back to queue. Now how this is supposed to work I would now be in the front of the healer queue and so should get the next group available, yet it took more than 15 minutes for one to become available. Idk what's wrong but something seems screwy.
