Primary residence bugged, stuck in house

I bought the new house bastion sanguinaris and I can now no longer log into my main character it crashes every time, my guild members all have the same issue, I cant even go to the house on alts as this has also happened what do I do!

I too have been locked out of my Observatory prior for about 3 weeks now.
Tech support was no help. They said it's a bug and should be fixed in a future patch.
I would like to know the actual status of this.
