I picked up a daily quest in IC city districts. Took a pause while writing in this forum. About five minutes later, without me having done anything, the quest was done and I picked up my daily reward.

✭✭✭I had to hide in a corner from the blue group and got credit for citizens they rescued, but I was sitting quite close to NPCs0 -
