Forum posting question [resolved]

Would someone be able to answer this for me.. I think this is the right place to post this.

I like to advertise my guild in the PvP Recruitment section, but as you know threads don't stay long without any comments.. My question is, should I post a new thread (with the exact same content) every time I'd like to advertise my guild, or should I shameless bump my previous thread?

I don't want to break any forum rules, are either of these against forum posting rules?

What would be the recommended way to do this? If I don't do either of this nobody will see my recruitment post and it will be pointless..

Thanks in advance,

-Vorp

Wait a couple days between bumps. Netiquette should be appeased.

    Thanks Sarenia.

I love how quick the response on the ESO forums is though hey

    I'll keep that in mind.

I'd advise not just "bumping" the thread. Add new information.

Is your guild clearing new content? Are they doing well in their campaign? Is your guild store more active? Etc., etc.

Well I've just been bumping it infrequently and editing the post to add the new information.. Reckon that sounds alright ?

I've had posts over there deleted for using the word "bump" ...It's better to post something useful even if it's just remotely useful.

That is the way to do it.
