Year of the Vampire - And Vampire Stage Feed Increase is bugged?!

Frustrated and this is probably not on any radar right now among the plethora of other bugs right now. But you know, the cosmetics of Nierneth Pack (which I have) takes precedence...
For the past week my vampire character can no longer increase vampire stage by feeding. The animation happens but no increase is registered. Tried it in multiple scenarios and even on the thrall dummy. It doesn't work.
I've heard other vampires have had this occur in PTS. Seems to be a bug that gimps your character under certain circumstances.
@ZOS_GinaBruno some acknowledgement please of this bug?

I would love for this bug to happen to me.
Perferibly happening working to stage 2 and then having the benefits of stage three and four without that hideous appearance.PC NA

I'd love for that to happen to. I remember once my vampire got bugged and had the mortal appearance after doing the quest despite being stage 1. She stayed like that till she went stage 2 when the timer hit 0, but it was pretty fun while it lasted!PC NA - Ceyanna Ashton - Breton Vampire MagDK1 -
