Stam won't regenerate unless I constantly switch bar?

After sprinting my stam won't regenerate unless I swap bars constantly. It shows I have 0 regen on my character sheet? Is this a bug?

paulychan✭✭✭✭Happens on ps4 as well. Another odd stamina regen related thing surrounds the sneak skill. My stamina will regen, but the bar won't display as full until you toggle off the skill. Full bar after that.1

✭✭It started when they decided to rework how sprint worked, (which no one asked for), and subsequently broke like 5 other things. It also occasionally causes mag abilities to use stamina instead of magic.0
