Repair cost with while wearing nothing

Couldn't find this info -- lots of hits on Repair Cost... I removed all armor, jewelry, and weapons. Yet I still have a repair 47g cost. I tried logging back in but still the same. What is it repairing?

Do you have a shield in your 'second' weapon slot. A shield still gets damaged even if its not your 'active' weapon.

Jewelry and Weapons do not get damaged, but armor and shields do

If you have other damaged items in your inventory you get still repair cost.

Oh!!! Didn't know that. It looks in inventory. Lots of junk there that I'm waiting on researching. Is there a way to tell it to only repair what I'm wearing? if not I have to be more careful -- probably been spending way too much

Go to the Repair section of a vendor, and it will show you what gear needs repairs.
