confused about rapids

i get the switch. but, i am 99.9% sure (cuz that is about as sure as i am of most anything) that i leveled both rapids AND heals on my over 810cp toons. since heals was lev 5, and rapids is now level 5, why is my level in the 4s?

    Your Alliance rank is lower than your Assault and Defense skill level because they have two grades inside each rank.

    Your Alliance rank is lower than your Assault and Defense skill level because they have two grades inside each rank.

    ty but still confused. on one of my toons i am a recruit g2. i had rapids, so that means i had leveled my bar to 5. it is now lev 3.5 (17k/30k). why? where did all my work for 1.5 bar levels go?

    ok i think i have it figured out. it is possible i didnt level heals on all of my toons, and that would do it.
