[Bug] Vampire Feed No Longer Works!

Noticed it this weekend, Vampire feed no longer works and increases your vampirism stage. I tried it on various npcs and even the thrall dummy. Nothing works.

✭✭Kind of a known bug carried from the PTS! The only fix I've heard of is to cure and then get rebitten. I'm hoping they'll fix this obscure bug soon.1 -

The only way I can increase my vampirism stage is by drinking a double bloody mara potion... the in game feed mechanic is totally broken.
This is the vampirism year and I can't even feed....0 -
Sporvan✭✭✭✭✭More testing - I think the culprit is the Basin of Loss item. It has somehow messed my character stages up so I'm a Stage 0 vampire and can no longer feed on anything. Unless other vampires are also experiencing this issue?0

Sporvan✭✭✭✭✭So we have one other confirmed case of a vampire not being able to feed anymore to increase stages... any others?
