Can we please revert the asylum destro changes on the pts?

Like seriously people spent millions of gold and hundreds of hours grinding light monster sets and transmuting stuff and learning rotations on probably the most fun and unique magicka spec to date, only for it to be killed a month later with this dreadful change. I was hoping for some sort of love for magdk with later stages of the pts cycle but no. If magdk dps was such an issue then why not just look at some damage numbers or passives? Why just completely kill a playstyle? Magdk dps is just so fun and unique. The whole idea of "making perfected weapons feel unique and worth it" is just counterintuitive if you're making it literally the same as non perfect with some 'pat on the back' spell damage as a bonus. The whole perfected weapon rework idea just is unnecessary and manpower would have been better utilized trying to fix actual game issues which are making people leave already first rather than forcing people to do stuff they don't want to and making the game even LESS enjoyable.

ESO is a good game, it's just disheartening to see it in this state.

    If by more build options you mean generic Mothers Sorrow / False Gods / Siroria specs for every single magicka toon then sure, I'll bite.

    The nerf does the exact opposite. Fixing the burn proc bug would have been more than enough.

    The staff was only "overperforming" on magDKs because of the burning proc bug. What would have been reasonable would have been to fix the bug and monitor from there but we don't do reasonable around these parts.

    This DK build was one of the only build options for the "variety" you speak of. Pretty much every other mag spec at end game uses the same sets (MS/FG or Sioria) and have for several patches. ZOS taking a huge steamer on the hard work of so many that have progged that hell hole is totally unnecessary imo.

    Magdk is the perfect example of what i wanted every class to have.

    Has many options as far as builds and the unique world sets are at times actually worth getting. When you break it down elfbane is just a cost reduction set but players where still able to push very strong parses with it. Bsw is still a very stong set, along with NMA. It really was dealers choice and to have a unique weapon (aslyum staff) synergies soo perfectly with all those sets and the combustion passive made every class green with envy.

    Why take away such a thing of beauty?!?

    Sorcs, wardens and nightblades just got a huge buff next patch. Why not leave magdk as is?
