when i launch the game i get internal error : Abort pointer is NULL (../cef/clienthandler.c/648)

As @Athenatos said, try running the game as an Administrator and see if that resolves the issue. If not here are further steps you can try:
1. Open Internet Explorer (even if it is not your regular web browser)
2. Open the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
3. Go to Connections tab/LAN settings
4. Uncheck “Automatically detect proxy settings” and hit OK.
5. Press OK again to confirm.
If this solution does not work, you may also want to try running the game in compatibility mode.
1. Right click on the program's shortcut Launcher.EXE file.
2. Click on Properties.
3. Click on the Compatibility tab.
4. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box.
5. Click on the drop down menu arrow and select Windows XP.
6. Click on OK to apply the changes.0
