Random Dismounts

For the last week, I've been experiencing random dismounts as I ride around. At first I thought it was just a bug in Western Skyrim from the newly added content, but now I'm experiencing it all over -- in areas that I know did not dismount me before. Areas like: Daggerfall and Rivenspire, each with at least 2 different locations.

lurkin777✭✭✭going into certain places, like cities dismounts, whats up with that? Been happening a lot.
I have not noticed any performance improvements for zoning or logging in either. What improved?
