Why aren't the AD ladders fixed?

They still do not show the indicator for any dailies up the ladder.
And the one quest you get to visit your alliance's base will route you through the home area of another alliance to go up the ladder there. I am not sure if that will even work, but I made it most of the way there once to only finally realize the problem. You cannot get to your base any other way than your own ladders!
Shouldn't this have been an important fix, especially before an event like this? Are they intentionally gimped the AD alliance?

I'm actually more annoyed by the sudden change where if you leave a marker with F key on the map and then go to that zone, the marker is gone. Such a simple thing but oh so annoying after 6 years of it working.0 -

They work fine. They do not show the marker for a quest going up them as happens in the other bases. Pick up the dailies in each of the alliances and then go to the bottom of the ladder and you will see what I mean.
Pathing to the "put a flag down" is off to and send`s you through another alliance's base. (Which won't ultimately work of course, if you could get to the ladders there without dying.)
