Sometimes when im bored i scroll through old forum posts, (editing the p(x) in the search, which makes it easily accessable to see threads and discussions from last year. occasionally i see some very interesting topics, and responses to OPs topic and i wanna answer myself, or simply get some highlight on the topic.

Since we are able to answer and respond, why is it that ZOS's policy closes every old thread that they come across? Just put a rule with a certain time with inactivity and make every single one of them unanswerable there is no point having them open anyway. and it would make it easier to see which one is ok to respond to and which ones are not.
