so i decided to give tanking a go after playing mainly dd for a few years and after messing about with some old sets from a couple of years ago i came up with this.
Screenshot-20200901-191458.png

i did the old "vHRC double add pull" (just by the 1st boss gate for those that dont know it) and can last about 4mins or so.
question i am asking i'm a Nord DK at mo would race changing to Argonian be of benifit? and is there anything i can do to improve this as is?
p.s self buffed

Definitely more Tri stat glyphs. And ditching max health max stamina food (I assume) for bewitched sugar skulls. Then play with your attributes and boom, u get higher hp and resources.

Other than that that's way too little information to work with (even though the setup seems to be too much hp to little resource pools too much regen for my taste). Also support sets are nice.

    sustain is not an issue

you could pour the extra attributes you wouldn't be using into more health.
If sustain isn't an issue, then you don't need to be argonian. Their whole thing is that they are very nice for sustain (I swear to god using trash potions on a lizard tank is so fun u get addicted).

PS: my original post was edited while you were replying, in case you missed

Your health and health recovery are ridiculously high for having not a lot of points into health. I'm not sure what gear you're using or what content you're trying to run. Are you just trying to stay alive or are you providing group utility; assuming pve? Ideally, you would also want more stamina than magic, if so.

am giving the group utility, i use chains A LOT for grouping add's and pulling things to boss so more magicka is better for me as i only taunt every 14s heavy attacks return stam

I meant is your gear providing group utility/buffs/debuffs? Yohlnakriin, alkosh, powerful assault, ebon, etc. You would use balance or have high mag regen for sustain issues. That way you get stam from orbs and whatnot.

Again, if you're not trying to push serious content and just derping around, then you can run whatever, but if you're trying vet group stuff, it's usually more beneficial to do what's best to aid the group.

You'd likely get more constructive feedback if you were more specific about what advice you're actually wanting. A character sheet is almost useless as far as judging a person's build regardless of role. You have some unusually high stats in a couple of places, such as the health recovery pointed out above. Other than that there's no advice anyone can give you without information that you don't seem to want/don't know you're supposed to provide.

What content do you want as your goal? Normal dungeon, veteran dungeon, normal trial, veteran trial, etc.
    What sets are you wearing?
What are your skill bar set ups?
What difficulties are you having that even made you think about switching to an argonian?

In your own words you survived fine for 4 minutes with vHRC mobs beating on you. That pretty much means your self sustain is fine and you have a decent idea of how your sustain and healing skills works and when to use them. Your build seems fine as a selfish starter tank.

Since you seem a little unfamiliar with the term used by the other person: a selfish armor or weapon set is one that doesn't directly benefit group members. Leeching Plate, Green Pact, Orgnum's Scales are examples of sets that are selfish because their effects only benefit you. Ebon Armory, Roar of Alkosh, and Claw of Yolnakriin are examples of sets that have effects which affect group members.

Ebon gives everyone about 1k health, Yolnakriin gives group members more weapon/spell power, and Alkosh shreds enemy armor which makes it easier for the group to deal more damage.

A selfish tank does not refer to *how* you interact with enemies. Crowd control by chaining is basic tanking and is expected regardless of what you're wearing.
