I know there are older posts about this in the general discussion forum. However, I thought I would post this here as I never had this issue prior to this latest patch. It's always worked up until this latest patch.

When CC'd, the break free animation no longer executes. Most of the time it does an interrupt animation instead or does nothing and sometimes skids across the ground and then eventually releases if I'm not dead at this point. This is happening in Cyrodiil, BG's and PVE dungeons for me now all the time. Even prior to this patch in Cyrodill, when the lag was really bad I did not have this issue. Now it is present in every aspect of the game.
