I've been having low FPS ever since update 27. Before, my FPS was about 70 in towns like solitude and over 100 in the wild, but now it goes between 35 and 45 and location is irrelevant to the performance. Even in Cyrodiil I keep the same FPS. My setup is very good for the age of the game (Ryzen 7 1700, Radeon RX 5700 XT, 32 Gb RAM) and I have tried every solution I found and the FPS just doesnt budge. This means removing all addons, settings.txt changes (such as suggested by the community on websites like AlcastHQ), including setting limitless FPS (as suggested in a thread on ESO forums to which I was directed by one of ESO's customer support), lowering graphical settings, checking my system, updating BIOS and video card drivers and lowering values on the Radeon interface to boost performance. Nevertheless, the FPS does not go higher than 45.

I am sure this is related to a change in the game, as before Update 27 I was playing on different resolutions (1080p, 2k, 4k) with good FPS. Has anyone else had this exact problem? I fear it is not a common issue...
