They do have an ability at stage 4 now that makes it so sprinting cost 50% less and they turn invisible while sprinting but by stage 4 you have 0 health regeneration and a lot of other downsides. Werewolves got slight changes but nothing as big of a change as vampires. Antiquities is now a thing and you can actually find some nice stuff through it but takes skill points and time to level up the skill line to really get much.
