Hello denizens of Tamriel! BumbleBri here. I've been a long time player on xbox that stopped around the release of Elswyer.

I am now back on the grind, quite literally. I've began playing on PC and have absolutely nothing. Everything is so new and rewarding again.

Anywho, just wondering what major changes I should be made aware of mechanics-wise? I feel like there was talk of reworking CP back then among other things. If there is something you feel that has majorly changed, aside from the META, I would love to know...

    No CP rework yet.
    The only change I can think of is more lag.

    CP is the same...some gear and abiltiies have been nerfed some sets have changed. But mechanics wise and cp wise pretty much the same aside from newer dungeons having their own mechanics. Vampires got a full overhaul no longer giving a boost to stamina and magika regeneration they got an entire skill line and at one time one ability on it was considered standard for magika dps then they recently nerfed that abiltiy so vampires have well....and also now vampires even at stage one get less health regeneration and more fire damage and on top of that it increases cost to non vampire abilities. They do have an ability at stage 4 now that makes it so sprinting cost 50% less and they turn invisible while sprinting but by stage 4 you have 0 health regeneration and a lot of other downsides. Werewolves got slight changes but nothing as big of a change as vampires. Antiquities is now a thing and you can actually find some nice stuff through it but takes skill points and time to level up the skill line to really get much.

    They also took rapids away from anyone not level 5 assault and are now monetizing skills and QoL game-play. Honestly the game is moving into a cash out phase IMHO.
