The problem isn't the ironic fact that you moved RM to rank 5 (which is hilarious btw), the problem is the fact that mounts are EXTREMELY slow at low ranks and have 0 stamina to sprint!

The Fix? spamming RM when ever it runs out on alts, which is a barbaric solution to a huge problem, beside the fact that mounts are are super slow, we also have to spam an ability that drains HUGE amount of stamina every X seconds that takes an ability slot from us!

Why do I have to keep binding that spell in the first place in order to move comfortably? even 60% is too slow in this game.

Heck even worse, it is to forget it on the bars and mistakenly clicking it instead of the actual ability that needs to be there and ending up with 0 stamina. its literally a NOT FUN mechanic and irritating in so many ways, grand majority simply give up that ability slot and keep it when ever outside of trial if even that.

And with all that ranting, its time for a different solution.

My suggestion is to simply get rid of Rapid Maneuvers, just literally remove the spell or change its effect, nearly no one, maybe 0.01% of the players use it in real time combat, for both its insane cost which makes you unable to roll dodge and lack of benefits outside mounts.

In return, increase the base mount speed by the 30% of Rapid Maneuver, that way mounts would actually be logical at low ranks, I've never seen a horse run so slow in real life, even a baby horse run faster than this, and that its a game and not real life doesn't change that fact.

That way we gain an actual COMBAT ability in "Assualt" skill line rather than a must have utility ability for anything but PVP, PVE and overall combat, plus low rank mounts won't be as useless anymore as they are now.

I honestly see no downside to this, only benefits.
