Hi

Questions on the bloodthirsty change today as not had time to research, being lazy apologies..

Bloodthirsty: This trait now grants up to 350 Weapon and Spell Damage against targets under 90% Health, scaling linearly per 1% missing Health, rather than granting a flat 10% damage increase against targets under 25% Health.

I assume this means between 90% and 1% there is an increasing amount of Spell Damage added up to 350? I.e. 3.88 SD per 1%

Does this mean
1 350 SD added to targets with 1% left or 10%
2 what is the SD added at 90% 3.88?
3 do traits stack? I.e. 3 jewellery items would mean a 1050 SD buff to a target with 1% health?

    I believe (could be wrong) that for PVP, arcane was the way to go for the reasons you stated, wards and pool. The other topic that I never saw an actual consensus on was specifically for sorc because of amplitude passive knocking your damage down as you eat through a targets health bar.

    Would 1 BT offset that loss? I think it came to be 6 of one, half dozen of the other.

    And agreed the change to amplitude seemed to mess with execute more than anything else, don't get me wrong sorc are still the execute class but that passive used to be a beaut for burst when it proced

    As for PvP it's often all so situational or specific to the rest of your setup. I'm just curious about that offset. And I believe the importance of SD has gone up this patch too as opposed to stacking Magika only.

    If I'm to be honest as a magsorc myself, Implosion was OP. It needed to go, but the way they did it I still don't agree with....

    Also, keep in mind BT does not buff heals, infused / arcane will.

    My challenge, PvP not PvE is the value of traits on a mag sorc over Arcane as obvs that has other gains - bigger pool, ward, etc. Infused never seemed to stack up enough against Arcane but I'm curious on the impact to damage of 3xarcane Vs 2xarcane & 1BT

    22% health is about where executes begin dealing more damage than crits of some single target spammable abilities anyways, yes? if so, then we can expect even faster boss burns (BT vs INF) at 20% and below...

    No, that's not correct. 3 BT starts overtaking 3 infused between transition from 62% to 61%. Look at rows 40 and 41.

    3 x Infused (with major AND minor sorcery) is 401.25 SD. 3 x BT is at 399 SD at 62% health remaining. And that's assuming you are keeping major and minor sorcery up 100%, if not, it overtakes it a bit sooner.
