And agreed the change to amplitude seemed to mess with execute more than anything else, don't get me wrong sorc are still the execute class but that passive used to be a beaut for burst when it proced
As for PvP it's often all so situational or specific to the rest of your setup. I'm just curious about that offset. And I believe the importance of SD has gone up this patch too as opposed to stacking Magika only.

22% health is about where executes begin dealing more damage than crits of some single target spammable abilities anyways, yes? if so, then we can expect even faster boss burns (BT vs INF) at 20% and below...
