[North Guard] A Guild for tanks. [PC][NA][EhP]

I want to try something new with the Guild system here in ESO and make a guild that doesn't just cover blanket game stuff. I'd like to try a guild that's specialized to one aspect of the game.
In that vein, North Guard is a guild for tanks. It'd be used for discussing tanking Skills and Strategies, the store and bank should be used only to sell Tanking related Items/Potions/Enchants. It would be a place to find groups to tank for, or if you're not a tank, but the officer of another guild, a place to find a backup tank or tanks for your guild's pickup groups.
