V3 Breastplate

I need to make a v3 breastplate and it wont let me, I can only click it up to v2. I have pleanty of calcinium and I checked the next tier armor (galatite?) and it starts at v4. I can make a v3 leather or cloth chest piece just fine.
Anyone know whats going on? is it a screw up or are their just no heavy armor breastplates for v3?

Tadhg_Longhouse✭✭✭My guess is it is a screw up. The esohead crafting simulator has a similar issue in that it skips VR2 when you add an extra bar.
There is a slim chance that it is intended but I doubt it.Tadhg Longhouse
