Also had problems with skills not firing in this dungeon sporadically and now I'm on top of a boss I killed and it tells me I'm not within range to pick up the loot!

I think Dwarven Articulated Paws may be bugged too. Or I just have the worst RNG in history. I just did the dungeon about 10-times and no drop. Will do maybe another 10 and give up.

Is that the lead on Volenfell? I ran it 12 times consecutively in one day until someone in my guild suggested switching toons.

Honestly, it’s like the game punishes you for playing a long time.

I've done Darkshade II about 30-times in the past few days. No lead yet. Some I've received within a minute or 2. They should make the experience more consistent across them all. Expecting someone to grind for 1 part of a 17-part item for a half-hour or less seems reasonable to me. Expecting someone to do the same dungeon over and over again for days makes people hate your company and stop playing the game. You'd think this would be common sense but it's obviously not for Zenimax or whoever makes this game. I'm surprised they don't have more people listening to feedback and applying positive changes. The changes they do make are usually barely noticed and just *** people off by nerfing their gear sets that they spent weeks putting together. How about fixing all the thousands of bugs in the game? Many of the bugs have existing literally for years now and have NEVER been fixed! Update 27 made things much much worse. I'm seeing bugs and glitches just about everywhere. Stop putting out buggy new content and spend a few months fixing what you have so people don't hate playing your game. One can hope I guess. Going to go do something else. I think Borderlands 3 has some DLC.

Done probably 400 bosses and no lead.

How could an addon affect RNG? You're confusing correlation with cause.

Had trouble in Avanchnzel with the Delv Boss. Had to drop my companion as well as my Bear ( warden ) then let him whack on me a bit before finishing him off. It then dropped right away ....

I had to do volenfell 26 times.
