XP gain in Craglorn

So I noticed something in Craggle Rock when I was grinding XP near the spell scar. Sometimes pockets of mobs yield 20K plus XP, and other times they only do 6K per pocket. Can someone tell me what is going on here?

Sorry I should have specified. I'm usually running alone, without a scroll running, and enlightenment is not active. The only XP gain bonus that I have running is my training gearEdited by Llidoryc on August 26, 2020 10:53PM0 -

✭If you're solo XP depends not just on how big the mob but how many from the mob did you actually managed to damage. If you only damaged half of them you only get the XP for the half of them.0
