Best Addition Ever - Ignore Bank Contents

If you're like me you throw a lot of crap into the bank. And after a day of dailies, I go to break down all the junk I've picked up only to have to make sure I'm not breaking down a set I might be working on stored in the bank. Now you can lock it but that took a little bit of time. And really annoying if you're improving it or even enchanting. That's probably still the best way to deal with it but now they gave us the option at the crafting stations to ignore bank contents. So you only destroy what you have in your bag.

I've been wanting this option for the longest so I'm quite happy that they added it. Now I realize this was probably in the patch notes but I don't read those since I'm allergic to boring stuff. I was surprised to find the option today (didn't notice it yesterday). So ZOS thank you thank you thank you.

I've always taken the view that the game is infinitely more enjoyable if you don't read the patch notes. People who do read them always end up getting totally worked up over changes before they've even had a chance to try them out in the context of the overall changes to the game. If you don't read the notes the chances are that you won't even notice most of the changes that will greatly offend you if you do read about them.

Of course, if something you like isn't in the patch notes then it's probably a bug! In this case, however, it is indeed in the patch notes.

And it only took several years longer than when addons first implemented that feature.

Now I'm imagining years of research, heated discussion, letters sent back and forth between the game lead and upper management then finally deciding "Yes, we can add a check box." :D

I guess if you play on console that's indeed a welcome addition. Otherwise it has been a thing for years, I can't remember not having the option lol.

The first thing the updated mod did was removing the ZOS checkbox xD

Should you play on PC definitely check out esoui.com and Minion. This game requires mods to be enjoyable and it's what makes the game so unique and great imho. Currently running 212 active mods and libs and they make your life so much easier lol.

Now we still miss the reply to mail button I requested during beta.

Some stuff is hard to do
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
