Pretty much just the one banker and merchant. And the smuggler I guess.

I feel like some homes need a higher limit, too.

    Well, there were 3 "house guest" humanoids we got to test on PTS, they just don't seem to be available yet.

    They were a barmaid, a guard, and a Khajiit "scholar" who, when you speak to him, is actually a bit of a thief.

    That's the short story. There is supposedly one more implied by your collections...tab?

    There will be more. So far these have been datamined:
    - Dunmer Acolyte Deras Arelas
    - Icereach Witch Galenna
    - Antiquarian Phedre
    - a new male banker
    - a new female merchant

    (And the drunk Alfiq Sereyne will also return as a house guest, but OP was asking for humanoid NPCs).
