Question about reskilling

Here is what I already know:
I will get back all my skillpoints and keep skills I had morphed before at level 4 so I can morph them back immediately.

Here is what I need to know:
if I have a skill at morphable level but have not actually morphed the skill. Will I keep it at this level or will it reset back to level 1?

Reason for this is that I have been leveling skills up to level 4 so that I can morph them in the future. I'm a bit unhappy with some of the choices I have made and would like to make some different ones. If I lose progression on skills that I can morph, I will go shardhunthing and make sure they're all morphed. I've spent quite a bit of time doing on this and don't want to lose the effort I put into it.

You will be refunded all skill points, even those spent on forked skills.

You do not loose any skill levels.

If you choose the same fork again, you will get the skill at the level it was. If you choose a new fork the skill is level 1 in the new fork.

If you respect again and choose the old fork you get the skill at it's original level for that fork.

you wont lose any progress on any of your skill lines even if you morph into something different then repec and go back.

this also means lets say my skill was at lvl 4 and 60% - the progress of the skill will stay there if i'd choose it again? therefore no inbetween lvl loss`?

Correct. Experience is persistent, even if points are semi-dynamic.
