A usability suggestion for the patch notes

It would make reading the patch notes much easier if the Table of Contents was linked to the appropriate sections - so instead of scrolling through the entire (and this time very lengthy) note sections, one could simply click on the links to information in which one was interested.

ZOS_GinaBrunoCommunity ManagerI actually used to do this years ago and stopped since it was a little time consuming, and wasn't sure if anyone actually clicked on them. I can add them back in for each category if everyone would find it helpful.25 -

Since I still have my website design and management business (much reduced - to only clients who pay me on time!) it's something I'm used to providing when their sites need it. It is not working, probably while inserting links, the default"http://"
was left at the end of the link.
It is on all links.
Example:https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/6921078/#Comment_6921078http://
It not erroring out, but it will not lead to "Comment_6921078", or any other comment that is linked.

The first "STONETHORN DLC" section link is working because is set properly, the rest are with "http" at the end, and are returning to top of the document.0 -

Descriptive patch notes (especially ones with humor!) and a writer open to usability suggestions are so underappreciated. So many games and programs don't bother. That is one thing I appreciate about ESO as a new player. Thank you
