Since today is the last day of the patch I thought I would just write down my thoughts from my playtime in the current patch. You are welcome to share yours too

1. Antiquities - This along with vampire changes were one of the biggest changes that was introduced to the game. While exciting and fun initially most players finished up their grind in around 2 to 3 weeks. Dedicated players just took a few days to complete their mythic and furniture collections. After this it became more of an after thought - 'oh, I found a lead, whatever I guess'. ZoS has to find a way to add more items to the system across different categories to keep players engaged and tie this to other game reward systems
2. Vampire changes - Speaking from a perspective of a player who does veteran trials, these changes completely lopsided the balance towards magicka specs to the point where no one even wanted to bring stamina specs to even fun trials and dungeons. Sustain became an after thought with Blood for Blood and players got used to playing with great sustain. Because of this some of the magicka specs in the stonethorn patch will feel very clunky and difficult to play. It was OP yes, and definitely a nerf was overdue to encourage stamina specs but completely destroying it will just make players feel irritated after getting used to it.
3. Thrassians - This had to go - period. Imo they should have disabled this within the first two weeks, now once people have gotten used to it it's not going to feel the same. In ESO damage can be mitigated if you just step out of stupid, and for a decently skilled player thrassians was all reward and no risk. Trial records will never be broken unless the power creep shoots up like crazy, no reason for a lot of players to do content once Thrassian is gone.
4. Performance - PvE performance was generally on OK side of things with better instances. PvP side, well ....
5. The new zone and story - I haven't done this content yet
