Should siege equipment in Cyrodil have a lock option?

I've had people trolling turning my siege equipment around. And I know some in general don't like others using theirs. The best solutions I can think of is either it needs to be locked to the owner or have an option to lock it.

Ive had terrible luck with the new siege leads, so I’m a bit paranoid about ever using my one, single, precious lancer.
