Which digital version of ESO to buy to replace PS4 disc?

I have been trying to limp my original PS4 along long enough to replace with a PS5 at the end of this year. It started with the wireless chip ceasing to function, so I now have it hardwired to the Internet.
But now it's decided to randomly eject discs with no warning or reason. I'm starting to go through the troubleshooting methods recommended online, but if none of that works, I'm looking at simply repurchasing ESO digitally since it's the game I play 95% of the time anyway.
The ESO disc I have is the original one from game launch (no scratches or smudges - the disc itself has no issues). I have since purchased digital upgrades for Morrowind, Summerset, Elsweyr, and Greymoor as each launched.
Which digital version of ESO would I need to buy on the PlayStation Store to essentially replace my original disc that would function with the digital chapters I already own?

Yes @DragonRacer you only need to purchase the base game digital version. All of the DLC is tied to your account and ZOS servers so you don’t need to worry about trying to reacquire it.
I can understand the want or need to switch as it’s less wear and tear on the system with it not having to constantly spin the disc inside.1 -

Because the PS5 has not been released yet. And I'm not gonna buy another PS4 when the upgraded console is only months away from release.
So, I really just need to resolve the randomly-ejecting-disc issue so I can play the game between now and "holiday 2020" release of PS5.
