We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.

Werewolf bug. It is annoying and why has this not been hotfixed?

When you enter towns even with no WW abilities on the bar NPCS freak out and attack you. I had no bounty or anything and they run in fear and attack you. I legit am unable to quest or do anything in town because of this. YES I have taken all Werewolf abilites OFF my bars to even do things... ZoS you are quick to fix Crown store and loot create issues why is this issue STILL LINGERING!

After having transformed, there seems to be a timer.. If you go near npcs, they "smell" you

Apparently. More of a bug it seems but when I went WW was about 15-20 minutes judging from you tube playing on the side. Seems they are lazy on the bug fixes. I wonder if necro's deal with the same issues after using a spell a little while ago and walk into town?

Give it a bit. Some things can't be fixed overnight, and sometimes they need to wait for an incremental patch and not a hotfix.

From the patch notes for 6.1.3 (tested on PTS, going live on PC tomorrow):
    World
    Werewolf
Fixed an issue where you could still be considered in Werewolf form after leaving it, incurring a bounty for Justice related events.

So yes, it's a known issue and is being fixed.

Umm if it prevents players from questing it should be as said a hotfix. Lazyness of their side of delaying a fix doesn't really excuse it. ~_~. Like stated if this was crownstore bug it would've been fixed a lot faster. :/

I know how it feels, but from what I understand there are some things that can be hotfixed and some things that can't.
Hotfixes are usually server-side and need to involve very little going on, like fiddling with drop rates for RNG. Anything that requires more code needs a larger fix. I know they even need to wait for patches to do things like change wrong icons.

It's easy enough to say they should fix it ASAP, but it costs a lot of time (and money) to apply patches, and even then they have to go through approval processes from Stadia/Microsoft/Sony.

I assume that things that involve lots of code - like the justice system - need a full patch, and that requires the servers to come down so it can be applied. Because of that, it needs to wait until the hardware has a scheduled maintenance - and in some cases, it even needs to go through a round of testing on the PTS. I can't imagine the forums if they just pulled the servers one day to put up just a fix for a single bug, which then ends up making about five more since it didn't get proper testing.

The Crown Store is pretty well a separate entity, but even there have been some bugs there that are waiting for the patch to get a fix - the Radiant Apex Lichsteed is getting proper sounds, and they said they were looking into the Bard costume that makes you bald. Major bugs will pull the servers down, like the free crowns bug that was on XBox yesterday - but that resulted in the entire server being down to everyone for three hours, then an additional time afterwards - and that dealt with a lot of currency. As it is now, the werewolf justice bug is annoying, but it can be worked around (just log out after transforming back and it should reset), and will be fixed in 12 hours.

Then again, I'm not a game programmer, but this is how I've understood it to work.
