Then they haven't been attentive. If you reach level 15 you have listed it as a level reward that you now can use a second bar. It's even explained in detail as a mouse-over.

That's exactly what I meant: People don't pay attention, don't really try to find out details of the game, don't read texts - then blame ZOS for "hiding" something from them.

Sorry if it sounds harsh, but it really makes me wonder what made folks become so lazy? Sometimes I'm amazed how adult people obviously expect to be taken by the hand and shown everything as if they were little kids.

I've got nothing against well-made tutorials, but many things are already explained in the game, people just seem to ignore them for whatever reasons.
