constant kicking to login.

The past month, me and basically everyone i know has experienced this at different rates. It happens to me at least 2 times per session, and i only play 1-2 hours at a time now.

In the middle of anything. Doesn't matter, high or low load, I will randomly get booted to login and then told i can't login because my account is already logged in. It's not my internet, which has a stable strong connection and never drops during ESO or otherwise, and it's not addons because i disabled them all and it still happens. It's just the game.

Seems to happen more during prime time too.

I can't play the game like this because every raid or dungeon i get into, i know for a fact i'm going to waste 10 mins getting booted and relogging and you can forget any no death or speedrun achievements.

Anyone else experiencing this? has zos mentioned this at all or have any plans to deal with it?

also when i get kicked to login it just says "unknown error".

hi @ZOS_Chiroptera , this is all I can see when i try to submit a ticket.

so no option to do so. Also, I have tried everything in the article so far, the only thing I haven't done that I've thought of is reinstalling the game, but it seems to be more of a network/internet issue so I doubt that would fix it. I've also narrowed it down, it only occurs in raids/dungeons AKA high load moments, not in overworld really.

Anyway, it really sucks and i was just getting back into the game and now I can't play the content I want because i get booted for having fun.

If there's some other way I can open a ticket or some other solution not listed in the article please let me know.

Have you tried submitting a ticket on a different browser?
