Game ctds/freezes on character switch

anyone have a similar problem? Thought might be a memory leak on my PC but just wanted to make sure it is actually on my end

Have the same problem since Greymoor launch.
Client repair didn't help. Game reinstall didn't help either.
Support don't gives a ~sh, but whatever.

Dealing with writs on 12 characters is just a nightmare.

Same issue on Xbox, but it doesn't freeze. Sometimes when changing characters, the load screen music stops playing and the load icon just spins forever. I have to completely close ESO, then usually says I'm logged in already and have to wait for that to clear. Super annoying...
