Greymoor Rising boss bug

On the Greymoor Rising quest when you're fighting with the high king there is a bug where he will go to 1 health, and not die no matter how much damage you deal. Then he will reset back to full health and you have to fight him again. I beat him 3 times before the bug finally didn't show up and I was allowed to proceed with the quest.

We had to fight him four times last night....this Bug/Glitch combined with the "Talk to Your Companions" Bug/Glitched made this quest and generally playing left us very frustrated and ticked off....PS4.

Once he just hung in mid-air and taking no damage or doing anything...other time he was gone but nothing else happened and about 5-6 minutes later he materialized in the middle and we start all over again.

Got a fix for this today. Group with someone who actually was able to complete the main story line in Greymoor.
I then abandoned the quest, and re-ran it for the 8th time. When we got to the bugged part, I ported out. Travelled back to the other player but did not enter the fight zone. He completed the quest inside AGAIN. Then I entered, got credit for it, and was able to complete the main quest.

Pretty sad, but, it worked.

Well, just so people know, I ran into this problem as well. Then I realized I didn't throw the elixir at the swirling bats. That's all that was different.
