Game crashes when closing... wth...anyone else getting it

Okay.
This is unbelievably annoying. My PC breaks every time I try and Quit ESO and I'm unable to do anything for like 3 minutes and it stays open with a black screen.
The only way I can bypass it is by Alt+f4ing but then that means some addons might break right?

✭30-40% of the time I log-out on XBOX results in an infinite load-screen... so maybe related to the base game code?

✭✭✭✭✭It is addon related, and if the game is hanging on exit, the addon is not updating its data anyway. So, force quiting is fine when this occurs. Your not going to break an addon, just delay an update to the local data.
You can try zoning before you quit, that should settle your addons down.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭✭✭✭✭On PC. both NA and EU, don't have this issue at all, and running a GOB of addons - close to 50, not counting them tonight - though nothing like the trading ones.0 -
